Kajian Politik Malaysia Dan Kepimpinan Sebelum Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-13

Sila mencari disertakan kajian yang dijalankan oleh Universiti Malaya Pusat Demokrasi dan Pilihan Raya (UMCEDEL). UMCEDEL telah ditubuhkan pada 14 April 2010 sebagai sebuah pusat penyelidikan yang mengkhusus dalam penyelidikan dan penerbitan pada demokrasi dan pilihan raya di Malaysia.

"Persepsi Politik Malaysia dan Kepimpinan Sebelum Pilihanraya Umum ke-13"merupakan kajian terkini yang dijalankan oleh UMCEDEL. Kajian ini melibatkan 2559 responden dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan pensampelan yang digunakan untuk tujuan tertentu mengikut keselesaan. Margin kesilapan kaji selidik itu adalah 1.9% pada tahap 95% keyakinan. Antara penemuan kajian itu ialah:

1. 51 peratus daripada responden akan memilih parti itu sebelum calon-calon dalam pilihan raya umum akan datang.

2. 43 peratus daripada responden percaya bahawa Barisan Nasional akan menang dalam pilihan raya umum akan datang.

3. 44 peratus daripada responden berpuas hati dengan prestasi Barisan Nasional (BN) sebagai kerajaan Malaysia.

4. 32 peratus daripada responden memberi respons bahawa Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak mempunyai relationsip baik dengan orang ramai.

5. 43 peratus daripada responden percaya bahawa konsep 1 Malaysia akan meningkatkan sokongan kepada Barisan Nasional (BN).

6. 35 peratus daripada responden tidak percaya video seks yang menyangkut Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, berbanding hanya 20 peratus orang-orang yang beriman.

7. 40 peratus daripada responden berpendapat bahawa PAS boleh menjadi alternatif kepada UMNO.

8. 37 peratus daripada responden percaya bahawa kelakuan pilihan raya di Malaysia tidak adil dan telus dalam cara.

PERCEPTIONS ON MALAYSIAN POLITICS AND LEADERSHIP PRIOR TO THE 13th GENERAL ELECTION
Please find enclosed the survey conducted by University Malaya Centre of Democracy and Election (UMCEDEL). UMCEDEL was established on 14 April 2010 as a research centre which specialises in research and publication on democracy and elections in Malaysia.

“Perceptions on Malaysian Politics and Leadership Prior to the 13th General Election” is the  latest  survey conducted by UMCEDEL. This survey involved 2559 respondents with data collection using purposive sampling  at convenience.

The margin of error of the survey is 1.9% at 95% level of confidence. Among the findings of the survey are: 

1. 51 percent of respondents will choose the party before the candidates in the next general election.

2. 43 percent of respondents believe that Barisan Nasional will win in the next general election.

3. 44 percent of the respondent are satisfied with the performance of Barisan Nasional as a government of Malaysia.

4. 32 percent of the respondents gave the response that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has a good relationsip with the people.

5. 43 percent of respondents believe that the 1 Malaysia concept will increase the support for Barisan Nasional.

6. 35 percent of the respondents do not believe the sex video  which implicates Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, as opposed to only 20 percent who believe it.

7. 40 percent of the respondents think that PAS can be an alternative to UMNO.

8. 37 percent of the respondents believe that the conduct of elections in Malaysia is not fair and transparent in manner.
